On September 22, Covestro announced that it will withdraw its synthetic polyether polyol business from the appliance market in China, India and Southeast Asia to address the changing customer demand
in the region, with the Synthetic Polyurethane Division in its Asia Pacific (excluding Japan) segment of the Custom Polyurethane Division.
