Zhongyuan Oilfield actively promotes the construction of compressor training base

Sinopec News Network reported on April 17 that the Zhongyuan Oilfield Training Center is training compressor management, operation and maintenance personnel to provide talent pooling for the gas storage that the oilfield will build this year.

It is understood that with the gradual increase in the development of natural gas in the domestic petroleum and petrochemical industry, the demand for compressor professionals is also showing a rapid growth trend.

In response to this, in order to adapt to the new situation and new requirements of compressor talent training, the oilfield will further expand the training business of Zhongyuan, open up the domestic compressor training market, and strengthen the construction of the "Zhongyuan Gas Service" brand.

Based on the principle of “training, building, and perfecting”, the oilfield builds a “1+3” compressor comprehensive training base.

In order to reduce the cost of building training bases, the oilfield used five idle and scrapped small compressor units as teaching aids.

In order to accelerate the pace of construction, Zhongyuan Oilfield has successively established cooperative relations with relevant units, colleges and universities, seeking technology, equipment, teachers, and market resource sharing and support.

"After the compressor comprehensive training base is fully completed, the oilfield will also face the whole country to carry out the training and appraisal of compressors, instrumentation automation and other professional and related types of work, to create an integrated training base of "operations, management, maintenance, and operation", and build a complete Compressor management personnel training system to build Sinopec’s compressor training brand.
