The technicians continue to carry out refined management, optimize the process plan, control the reaction temperature, increase the activity of the catalyst, and increase the conversion rate; improve the atomization effect of the raw materials, make the raw materials and the catalyst fully contact, and increase the product conversion rate; optimize the ratio of the slurry return to the tower to make Product control is more stable, ensuring the separation accuracy of gasoline and diesel at the top of the fractionation tower; optimizing the raw materials of the device, increasing the proportion of saturated hydrocarbons, and improving the cracking performance of the raw materials.
