China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation News Network News Since this year, Zhongke Refining & Chemical has benchmarked the advanced indicators of the group company, leveraged the advantages of a new integrated refining and chemical enterprise, worked hard on smooth operation and optimized production, and achieved a good start for the first quarter of production and operation.

This year is the first year of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the first year of formal production and operation of Zhongke Refinery.
