On September 10, Honeywell announced that Zhenhua Petrochemical Co.
, Ltd.
will use Honeywell UOP's C3 Oleflex propane dehydrogenation technology to process 1 million tons of light hydrocarbons per year for its proposed plant in Dongying, Shandong, and realize downstream industries.
Chain upgrade

Honeywell UOP, a leading technology provider to the oil and gas industry, will provide services, equipment, catalysts and adsorbents for Zhenhua Petrochemical's plants

Since 2011, 68 of the world's 91 dehydrogenation projects have been based on UOP technology, including several Chinese projects
