The first set of polypropylene plant has continuously produced 900 tons at a time, exceeding the best level in history

F08EM has good characteristics such as light protection, heat insulation, oxygen resistance and moisture resistance, which can prolong the shelf life of inner packaging, and is widely used in various food and pharmaceutical packaging fields

In December 2019, Zhenhai Refinery successfully developed this product for the first time and completed its industrial trial production

In order to eliminate the bottleneck of production, Zhenhai Refinery established a production optimization research team, carefully analyzed the actual problems in the early production process, continuously optimized the product formula and unit operating parameters through data comparison and repeated tests, strengthened the quality control of the production process, and improved the production process.
The degree of fit between the product and the extrusion granulation unit can effectively extend the production and operation cycle of the unit without affecting the performance of the product, and achieve a continuous output of 900 tons at a time
