The “Plan” pointed out that, after three years of tackling tough problems, the province’s planned industrial tax revenue per mu reached 370,000 yuan, average added value per mu reached 1.
8 million yuan, energy consumption per unit of industrial added value fell by more than 10.
4%, and manufacturing investment increased by 10% annually.
In the province, 5,000 outdated capacity enterprises will be eliminated, 10,000 will be renovated, 4 million tons of standard coal will be freed up, and carbon emissions will be reduced by 8 million tons; more than 300 major manufacturing projects of more than 1 billion yuan will be introduced
