Recently, the People's Government of Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province issued the "Implementation Opinions of the People's Government of Zhangzhou City on Encouraging Enterprises to Invest in the Petrochemical and Supporting Projects of Gulei Petrochemical Base" to attract enterprises to invest in the development of petrochemical industry projects in Gulei

The "Opinions" put forward: First, promote the preliminary work of enterprises

Establish a coordination mechanism for the purchase of environmental capacity indicators for projects at the municipal level.

The city-level stock indicators give priority to guaranteeing key projects in Gulei.

The second is to reduce the investment cost of enterprises

First of all, for the petrochemical leading projects with economical and intensive land use, the starting price shall be based on the lowest price for the national industrial land transfer corresponding to the land level; for the encouraged foreign-invested projects with intensive land use that conform to the local industrial planning, the land transfer floor price shall be determined.

When the project is located, it can be implemented at not less than 70% of the benchmark land price of the corresponding land type of the land where the project is located
