Recently, the first international production line of alternatives such as heptafluoroisobutyronitrile, trifluoroiodomethane, perfluoro-3-methyl-2-butanone, trifluoromethylsulfonyl fluoride and fluoroalkynes researched and developed by Beijing Yuji Technology Co.
, Ltd.
has officially settled in Quanzhou, Fujian, and the project is under
construction.
According to reports, after more than 30 years of research and development, the Yuji R&D team has successfully established a through-type research and development system for chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) alternatives from molecular design, small-scale synthesis, physical property evaluation, catalyst development, synthesis route optimization, software package preparation, application research, industrial design to industrialization, and took the lead in developing heteroatomic fluorides and fluoroalkynes as the fifth generation of alternatives to CFCs, which have the characteristics of
zero ozone depletion potential, low temperature room effect potential, no secondary pollution, and excellent application performance 。 The product performance meets the needs of air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical insulation, chip etching, precision cleaning and other fields, and the technology is independent and controllable
.
It is reported that hydrofluoroolefins (HFOs), as a fourth-generation chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) alternative, have excellent environmental performance, but the core patents of HFOs are monopolized by foreign developed countries, and there are risks of secondary pollution and flammability, and at the same time, the performance of HFOs is difficult to meet the needs
of precision cleaning, high-end chip advanced process, high-voltage electrical insulation and other fields.
To this end, the R&D team has achieved a breakthrough
in the field of alternatives in order to meet the major strategic needs of the country.
