Yantai Electric Power Company's Zhaoyuan wind farm box transformation technology transformation work was fully completed on July 27, lasting 7 days, and 29 box transformer transformations were completed, 4 days
ahead of the planned construction period.
During the renovation process, the wind farm handled relevant work tickets in accordance with regulations, conducted safety education for the personnel involved in the transformation, clarified the danger points and specific operation procedures, and carried out the transformation work
in strict accordance with the specific requirements of "three stresses and one implementation".
In order to speed up the renovation progress and reduce the power loss, the wind farm made the wind enclosure power outage measures in advance, arranged the renovation work to be carried out during the light wind or no wind period, and held a daily construction schedule analysis meeting to coordinate and balance each process from time, space, resources and intensity, track and optimize the daily construction progress, and ensure the smooth completion of
the renovation work.
Through this transformation, on the basis of meeting the requirements of grid connection of wind farm equipment and eliminating hidden dangers of equipment, the reliability and safety
of wind farm equipment operation have been improved.
It is understood that the technical transformation is mainly aimed at the wind farm low-voltage circuit breaker contact connection spring due to too long running time due to excessive running time and loss of elasticity, too few bonding surfaces, poor contact resulting in equipment heating and other problems to carry out transformation, the original dynamic and static contact connection to copper row hard connection
