After more than one month of production, Yangzi Petrochemical recently completed the first production task of metallocene grades this year, producing a total of 4 grades of more than 13,000 tons of qualified metallocene polyethylene products, setting a continuous production time.
Among them, the successful production of the metallocene medium-density heavy packaging film material mPE F331F is the company's successor to the metallocene heavy packaging film mPE-L F181F, stretch stretch film material mPE-L F184P and heat-resistant non-crosslinked polyethylene pipe material mPE.
Metallocene polyethylene series products have a wide application field.
The newly developed and produced metallocene polyethylene medium-density heavy packaging film material mPE F331F not only maintains the rigidity of high-density polyethylene, but also has the flexibility and creep resistance of linear low-density polyethylene.
As a replacement import project for Sinopec, Yangzi Petrochemical has made full preparations for the mass-produced metallocene polyethylene production.
During the production process, it was the first time to successfully explore the production of metallocene in the condensing mode, which effectively increased the production load.
In view of the extremely sensitive nature of the metallocene catalysts to impurities, Yangzi Petrochemical carried out cleaning and maintenance of the equipment in advance, strictly implemented two regulations and one card, carefully operated, kept a close eye on the various indicators of the product, and overcome the disturbance of feeding, the fluctuation of reaction temperature and the self-control during the production process.
