The SS pipeline is the ultra-high pressure steam supplied by Yangzi Petrochemical’s green steam supply center to the company’s olefin plant, which is mainly used to replace the auxiliary boiler of the olefin plant to produce steam

As the SS pipeline steam will enter the olefin plant turbine, in order to ensure the safe operation of the turbine, it must be purged to ensure the quality of the steam

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the purging work, the thermal power plant, project team, commissioning and other units formulate the purging plan in advance, and report to the relevant professional department of the company for review

Since the location of the purged pipeline is on important road sections such as Ethylene Avenue, Yangzi Petrochemical has organized several special meetings to ensure traffic safety during the purging period and reduce the impact of noise

The thermal power plant has formulated in advance the "Green Steam Supply Center Project SS Steam Pipeline Purge Safety and Environmental Protection Special Plan", "Green Steam Supply Center Project SS Pipeline Purge Safety Measures for the Silencer Area during Steam Purge" and other plans.
On-site safety measures have been approved by the company's relevant professional departments and projects.
Units, thermal power plants, olefin plants and other units confirmed that the "three checks and four determinations" of the SS pipeline construction have been confirmed on-site for many times
