In November, Yangzi Petrochemical's ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) plant continued to optimize its operating parameters, producing a total of 8,200 tons of EVA products, breaking the 8,000-ton mark for the first time, and the product qualification rate reached 100%

This is also the company's monthly EVA production record for three consecutive months since September

Since the beginning of this year, Yangzi Petrochemical has seized opportunities in the domestic EVA market, insisted on technological innovation, and successively eliminated bottlenecks in the operation of RTO furnaces and VOCs processing facilities, and overcame multiple production technical problems such as high-cycle heat exchanger switching and melt finger control.
Tackling technical difficulties, optimizing the production plan and process parameters, detailing hundreds of production steps and emergency measures, summarizing and correcting the problems in production in a timely manner, and implementing various process instructions in strict accordance with the production plan, so that the production load of the device has been steadily increased

In November, the company's average daily output of EVA reached about 290 tons
