On October 25, Albemarle announced its subsidiary, Albemarle Lithium UK Limited completed the acquisition
of Guangxi Tianyuan New Energy Materials Company (hereinafter referred to as Guangxi Tianyuan).

Located near Qinzhou Port, Guangxi Tianyuan owns and operates a lithium conversion plant with a design annual conversion capacity of 25,000 tons of lithium carbonate equivalent, which can produce battery-grade lithium carbonate and lithium
hydroxide.
