On November 1, Yahua Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yahua Lithium (Ya'an) Co.
, Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as Ya'an Lithium) signed a battery-grade lithium hydroxide supply contract
with Aixkai New Energy (Shanghai) Co.
, Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as Aixkai).

The contract is valid for 3 years, from January 1, 2023 to December 31
, 2025.
According to the announcement, Ya'an Lithium ensures that it will provide products to Aiskai year by year in 2023~2025, with a total supply of not less than 20,000 tons and no more than 30,000 tons
.

Yahua Group said that the signing of the contract is of great significance
to the establishment of a long-term cooperative relationship between the two parties.
In addition, with the completion and commissioning of the second phase of Ya'an Lithium 30,000 tons/year battery-grade lithium hydroxide production line, the signing of the contract also has a positive effect
on the company's competitiveness in the lithium market.
