The winners of the 2022 China Fluorosilicon Industry Standard Innovation Contribution Award have been officially announced
recently.
The industry standard "methyl high hydrogen silicone oil" led by Xinghuo Silicones won the first prize of the Fluorosilicon Industry Standard Innovation Contribution Award, which is the third consecutive year that Xinghuo Silicones has won this award
.
At the same time, the group standard "End Epoxy Methyl Silicone Oil" led by him won the Excellence Award, and the release and implementation of the two standards filled the gap
of the national standards for methyl high hydrogen silicone oil and terminal epoxy methyl silicone oil.
It marks that Xinghuo Silicone's independent intellectual property rights, R&D innovation level, achievement transformation ability, and standardization work have reached a new level, and has a strong role in further strengthening independent innovation, industrial competition and international trade

The two standards of "methyl high hydrogen silicone oil" and "end epoxy methyl silicone oil" are the first to be formulated in the industry, the standards are rich in content and practical, providing the basis for technical indicators and inspection methods for the downstream industry of silicones, unifying product quality standards, providing technical support for production and acceptance, and is of great significance
for product quality control and process optimization and upgrading.
In terms of technological innovation, the standard of "methyl high hydrogen silicone oil" takes the lead in using high-sensitivity infrared method to test hydrogen content and potentiometric titration to test acid value, and the sensitivity and detection efficiency of the method are much higher than the general traditional test methods
.
