The announcement stated that the project intends to adopt internationally advanced large-capacity and flexible polymerization technology to construct 9 sets of polymerization devices, melt direct spinning (straight-drawn film) production lines, public engineering supporting facilities, 500 texturing machines, and 10,000 looms.

According to the announcement, the project uses about 3650 mu of land and the investment amount is 18 billion yuan.
