As of May 24, the Wuhan Oil Depot of the Northwest Sales Company has exceeded 130,500 tons of refined oil products by waterway this year, an increase of 244%
year-on-year.
Among them, the volume of unloading in April exceeded 40,000 tons, setting a record since the oil depot was put into operation, and the number of oil products and the speed of unloading achieved a double breakthrough, providing resource guarantee
for the sufficient supply of PetroChina's refined oil market in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.

The Wuhan Oil Depot for Northwest Sales is located in the transit hub where the Lanzhengchang pipeline and the Yangtze River water transport intersect, and is the "distribution depot" of the Tongqu of the nine provinces and the "peak regulation depot" that dredges the back road of the western refinery, with many advantages
such as large storage capacity and convenient transportation.
Since the beginning of this year, Wuhan Oil Depot has taken the initiative to explore the road
to improving quality and efficiency in line with regional characteristics.

Promote the complementarity of industrial chains and achieve resource convergence

This year, Northwest Sales considered the refined oil industry chain in Hubei as a whole, carefully calculated and communicated with multiple parties, and reached an agreement with the provincial and regional sales companies to further enrich the oil channels of Wuhan Oil Depot and optimize the allocation pattern
of refined oil products in the jurisdiction through surplus space storage of resources from all parties.
Combined with the actual situation of reducing production in the surrounding Xianning Oil Depot and Baihushan Oil Depot conversion, the distribution scope of refined oil resources will be expanded to Ezhou and Huangshi, covering more than 60 gas stations, realizing the orderly replacement of Wuhan Oil Depot for surrounding leased oil depots and ensuring the overall optimization
of the distribution value chain of PetroChina's refined oil products.
Wuhan Oil Depot adheres to the market-oriented, gives full play to the role of surplus space capacity of oil depots, signs strategic cooperation agreements with customers, provides customers with refined oil storage services through waterway inbound and outbound storage, continuously expands the resource channels of oil depots, activates energy storage capacity, and realizes the combination of multiple bodies of resource protection and the hard reduction of fixed costs per ton of
oil.

Promote the interconnection of work chains and realize process upgrading

Wuhan Oil Depot and Hubei Provincial Port and Navigation Administration have established a data sharing and interoperability operation mechanism, and realized the declaration of dangerous goods operations, safety approval, online circulation of completion confirmation, and data sharing and mutual maintenance
through the enterprise port of the basic information system for the safety supervision of dangerous goods.
Reasonably arrange the berthing of oil tankers, and adopt the "2+1+1" operation mode of 2 ships for the connection and unloading of refined oil, 1 vessel berthing and 1 vessel for berthing, so as to promote the efficient operation of refined oil connection and unloading
