For safety improvement, Guan Lei, director of the Production Safety Risk Early Warning Center of the Chinese Academy of Work Safety, Cao Hao, deputy director and chief researcher of the Planning Institute of China Industrial Internet Research Institute, and Zhang Mingguang, director of the Institute of Safety Engineering, Nanjing University of Technology Interpretation, and emphasized the need to obtain information about the entire process and all elements of the enterprise, and use big data, artificial intelligence, digital twins and other means to improve intrinsic safety and digital transformation, and improve the overall production efficiency and safety level of the industry

Wei Naixin said that in order to better play the role of smart means in enhancing the high-quality development of the park, during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the construction of the smart chemical park will focus on the following three aspects:

The first is to continue to promote the research and development and application of advanced technologies in smart chemical parks, focusing on the management system of smart chemical parks that focus on safety and environmental supervision and emergency response of chemical parks, and take into account the functions of public information service platforms, and strengthen digital twins, intelligent visual recognition analysis, and The application of cutting-edge information technologies such as 5G in the management of chemical parks

The second is to steadily promote the construction of the smart chemical park standard system, further improve the relevant technical standards, and guide the chemical park to carry out smart construction in a scientific and orderly manner from the top-level design and specific construction

The third is to give full play to the benchmarking role of the "Smart Chemical Park Pilot Demonstration Unit"
