The concept of tertiary oil recovery has evolved from the way oilfields are extracted
.
In general, only a few of the current three oil recovery technologies have matured to the stage of industrial scale mining, such as steam injection in thermal oil production and polymer flooding oil recovery technology in chemical flooding, and many other technologies are still in the laboratory research or pilot mine testing stage
.
There are many domestic and foreign research and relatively mature, with good prospects of tertiary oil production technology, there are the following four aspects
.
(1) Chemical flooding oil recovery: including polymer flooding oil recovery, surfactant flooding oil recovery, alkali-driven oil recovery and surfactant-alkali-polymer flooding oil recovery:
(2) Thermal oil production technology: mainly for the extraction
of heavy oil.
Including steam injection oil production technology and fire burning oil layer technology
.
Among them, steam oil production technology can be divided into: steam throughput oil production technology and steam flooding oil production technology
.
(3) Gas mixed phase flooding (or non-mixed phase flooding) oil recovery technology: including hydrocarbon flooding oil recovery, CO2 mixed or non-hybrid flooding oil production and nitrogen flooded oil recovery
(4) Microbial oil
recovery.
At present, there are many applications in domestic and foreign oilfields such as steam injection oil production and polymer flooding oil recovery technology
.
