At present, the production processes of propylene oxide (PO) mainly include chlorohydrin method, co-oxidation method and direct oxidation method
Since 2014, Wanhua Chemical Group has been conducting research and development of cumene hydrogen peroxide (POCHP) process, and has developed a complete set of POCHP technology with independent intellectual property rights
After the project is completed, Wanhua Chemical Group will possess three industrialized production technologies of PO/MTBE (methyl tertiary butyl ether method), PO/SM (styrene method) and POCHP, breaking the foreign technology blockade and filling the domestic gap.
