In Vietnam, some gas stations are closed, which has a negative impact on
the production and life of local people in the sector.

In order to ensure the balance between supply and demand of refined oil, meet the needs of the domestic market and help social and economic development, the Prime Minister of the Government requires all departments and localities to strictly implement the relevant documents and instructions of the
government.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade shall, together with relevant departments, take the initiative to coordinate the balance of supply and demand in the oil and gas market to ensure the adequate supply of refined oil products in the domestic market; Strengthen supervision and inspection work with relevant issues, and promptly deal with illegal acts
such as hoarding for profit.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade shall, together with the State-owned Assets Management Commission of Enterprises, the State Oil and Gas Group of Vietnam and relevant departments, determine the output of domestic oil and gas production enterprises as the basis for importing refined oil products to meet the needs
of the market.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade shall, together with the Ministry of Information and Media, the Ministry of Finance and relevant departments, promptly and correctly provide relevant information on the production, import and sales of refined oil, as well as relevant instructions from the government and the premier of the government, publicize violations of laws and regulations, and help maintain the stability of
the refined oil market.

The Ministry of Finance, together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and relevant departments, should pay close attention to studying and proposing a plan for adjusting the environmental protection tax on refined oil products, and submit it to the premier of the government for approval

The Ministry of Public Security should take measures to crack down on illegal acts
in the production, import, export, and sale of refined oil.

The General Administration of Government Supervision shall supervise the implementation of relevant policies and laws of national management in the oil and gas field in 2022, timely discover violations and put forward disposal recommendations

The people's committees of all provinces and municipalities should strictly inspect and supervise the sale of refined oil products and ensure that the supply of refined oil products is uninterrupted
