    Vestas has signed an 18-megawatt order in Taiwan with local engineering procurement and construction supplier Star Energy Corporation for its two latest wind energy projects
    .

    The order includes installation, supply and supervision
    of five V105-3.
    45 MW turbines supplied in 3.
    6 MW power optimization mode.
    The wind farm is located in Changhua on the west coast of Taiwan and has the largest wind energy
    in Taiwan.
    Vestas' High Wind Operation (HWO) will help increase energy production, reduce hysteresis losses, and improve grid stability in high wind conditions, which is ideal for
    Taiwan's good wind conditions and requirements.

    "This is an important order for us as it marks our return to the Taiwan market
    ," said the president of Vestas Asia Pacific.
    Star Energy Corporation and Vestas have a long-standing service partnership, and the order adds to this relationship, demonstrating Star Energy Corporation's confidence and trust

    The order also includes a 5-year service agreement for AOM 4000, which includes SCADA solutions
