    Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas Wind Systems has received an order for
    a 108 MW wind power project in Bolivia.

    Bolivia's national electricity company ENDE has hired Vestas to oversee the construction of the site, provide a medium-voltage acquisition system, and supply and install 30 V136-3.

    The turbines will be built as part of three separate wind farms, 40 MW, 14 MW and 54 MW, respectively, to make up the Santa Cruz Wind Project

    The project will receive financial support
    from the Development Cooperation Project of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

    Vestas expects to deliver turbines in 2019 so that the wind farm can be commissioned
    in 2020.
