According to foreign media reports, Valero Marketing and Supply Mexico, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Valero Energy, the largest refinery in North America, announced in San Antonio on the 21st that the company has signed a long-term agreement to supply refined products
directly to northern Mexico through a pipeline and NuStar Energy's recently announced terminal expansion in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.
The deal adds to Valero Energy's existing infrastructure to supply northern Mexico and improves the efficiency
of fuel delivery to the region.
Valero Energy expects to begin deliveries of finished oil
through this expanded facility by the end of the year.
