On June 6, as part of the PFAS Strategic Roadmap, the U.
S.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued the first PFAS (Perfluoro/Polyfluoroalkyl Substances) Testing Directive under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), requiring Murray, DuPont, National Foam and Johnson Controls tested CDPOS (6:2 fluorotelomer sulfonamide betaine, CAS: 34455-29-3) for inhalation hazard and submitted Phase 1 data within 400 days
