According to Reuters Singapore, September 26, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) plans to export new grades of crude in November and start selling oil
to its Asian customers this week, according to people familiar with the matter.
The new grade is um Lulu, which has an API value of 39 degrees and a sulfur content of 0.
