Sample transportation

Before the water samples are transported, they must be checked with the sampling records and sample labels one by one

Precautions

(1) The pH of the water sample is measured with a pH meter within 6 hours
.

(2) The different test items in the water sample test are due to the different protective agents added.
After the water sample is collected, the water samples should be divided in time and the corresponding protective agent should be added

When the sample is packed and the preservative is added, the contamination of the sample at the operation site should be prevented

(3) Water sample collection generally collects instantaneous samples

Before collecting water samples, the sampling bottle and stopper should be washed 2 to 3 times with water samples.

(4) The water samples for measuring dissolved oxygen (DO), biochemical oxygen demand, pH and other items must be full during sampling to avoid the interference of residual air on the measurement items

For the sample bottles used for other items, leave a space of at least 10% of the container volume after sampling, so that the sample can be shaken well before analysis
