Recently, at the report meeting on the "Next Five-Year Plan for Building a World-Class International Pipeline Company" held in Almaty, the China-Kazakhstan Gas Pipeline Joint Venture of China Petroleum International Pipeline Corporation issued a five-year plan for 2021-2025 operation.

The joint venture is the main operator of the Kazakhstan section of the Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline.

Relevant people said that the plan promotes the recognition and integration of the concepts of China and Kazakhstan, and is of great significance for leading the Chinese and Kazakhstan employees to be based on the current and long-term perspective to achieve the company's high-quality and efficient development.

The plan is guided by the goal of "building a world-class international pipeline company" and clarifies the key tasks of the joint venture company from 2021 to 2025: establishing a technical standard system, improving management quality, strengthening personnel training, deepening the application of professional technology, and improving basic guarantees Ability; Basically realize remote control, establish a modern production operation scheduling system, and build a digital station; strengthen maintenance and repair capabilities, strengthen 72-hour emergency repair guarantees and emergency response capabilities; establish a pipeline integrity management system, and promote the integration of PIS and GIS systems; Establish a full life cycle equipment management system, improve the construction of the EAM system, and promote digital transformation.

It is reported that CNPC International Pipeline Company is a multinational pipeline company for oil and gas import land pipelines to Central Asia and China-Myanmar under the PetroChina Group.
