On July 16, according to foreign media reports, Toray, a Japanese material manufacturer, will build a factory in Europe for the diaphragm, the core component of lithium-ion batteries for pure electric vehicl.

Toray will produce special films called separators (insulating material.

It will be the first of its kind in Europe, with a total investment of 200 million euros and is expected to be operational in July 202
