and its relevant shareholders signed the proposal, the company plans to use about 130 million yuan to transfer part of the equity of Everme's original shareholders and subscribe for new registered capital, holding a total of 51% of Everme.

The first part: the company intends to use about 30 million yuan to transfer part of the Evermi equity held by the original shareholders of Evermi; the second part: the company intends to use about 100 million yuan.
