Tongwei County adopts the method of "project support, multi-party financing, common benefit, and rolling development" and the operation mechanism of "village committee + cooperative + farmer" and "village committee + company + farmer" to build a village-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation power station

After the completion of the project, the assets will be owned by the village collective, and the annual income will be distributed
by the poor households and the village collective in a ratio of 6:4.
Up to now, the first batch of 7 village-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations in Maying Town, including Huachuan, Chisha, Huicha and Shitan, built in the county this year, have completed the installation of photovoltaic panels, and all are expected to be officially connected to the grid in
