Recently, as the first investment in the Canadian side of the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA), TIU Canada has invested in the construction of a 10.
7 MW photovoltaic project
in Nikopol, Ukraine.
It is understood that the solar project began construction in late May with a total investment of $12.

The installation consists of
32,304 solar panels and 392 inverters.
During the construction of the station, more than 105 km of cables were used, and the station developed more than 15 hectares of land

Canadian Ambassador to Ukraine Roman Vashchuk said, "This is an important example of
how the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement can deepen business and investment ties.
The Embassy is pleased to support Canadian Rail Canada's important work in Ukraine, and we look forward to turning on a push for TIU Canada and other investors to expand their investments
in 2018.
