On the 15th, the launching ceremony of the national home event Carbon Neutral Charity Action for the 6th Five-Year Environment Day in 2021 was held in Xining City, Qinghai Province.

Zhao Yingmin introduced that Qinghai's ecological status in China and even the world is particularly important.

"Over the years, we have built a large number of models for the comprehensive development and application of clean energy, such as the'water and light complementary', a 100MW photovoltaic power generation demonstration base, a water, light and wind storage multi-energy complementary base, and a Qingyu DC UHV transmission base.
