Dengping Village is located in the mountainous area northwest of Gucheng, with a population of more than 700 people in 219 households

There are many mountains and few land, and most of the villagers depend on growing edible fungi and farming for their livelihood, and there are 30 poor households
in the village.
In order to help villagers get rid of poverty and become rich, Xiangyang Military Subdistrict finally decided to invest in photovoltaic power generation projects
through many discussions and project research with local villagers, investigating topography, lighting and other factors.
It is understood that this photovoltaic power station has an installed capacity of 123 kilowatts, an annual power generation of about 130,000 degrees, and is expected to produce economic benefits
of 160,000 yuan per year.
