On November 22, with the completion of the welding of the corrugated plate of the T-6024 film tank, the two membrane tanks of the first phase of the Beijing Gas Tianjin Nangang LNG Emergency Reserve Project contracted by PetroChina Huanqiu Engineering Company were completed
.
With a capacity of 220,000 cubic meters, it is the world's largest onshore LNG thin-film tank
built for the first time in China.
This marks the countdown
to the first phase of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei LNG "super project" entering production.
The picture shows the panorama
of Tianjin Nangang LNG project.
Tianjin Nangang LNG Emergency Reserve Project is a key project
to provide security gas for Beijing and accelerate the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
The project has been listed as a key national oil and gas infrastructure project, which is of great significance
to alleviate the shortage of gas supply in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
The project adopts the world's advanced and low-carbon thin-film tank technology for the first time, and a total of 8 ultra-large thin-film LNG storage tanks and 2 fully inclusive storage tanks are built in the third phase, which is a "super project"
with the world's largest single capacity and the largest number of thin-film tanks.
The successful completion of the two thin film tanks will play an important leading role in the domestic LNG engineering industry and will effectively promote the diversified development of
LNG storage tank technology.
