The agreement stipulates that the two parties will cooperate in their respective fields, give full play to their technological and market advantages, jointly promote carbon dioxide capture and reforming technology, and then develop PGA synthesis technology using carbon dioxide as a carbon source

In the future, they will use their respective technical advantages to first capture CO₂ emitted from the air or from the petrochemical industry, and then convert CO₂ into CO through reforming technology, so as to further use CO to make fully biodegradable plastic polyglycolic acid PGA
