These statistics are determined based on the average of the objectives of different sectors

Some of the goals are more broad, such as sector-wide targets to continue to reduce water consumption and improve reporting

The Home Office aims to reduce overall energy use by 34 per cent, while the General Administration of Revenue and Customs aims to save 45 per cent of energy and the National Crime Agency wants to reduce energy use
by 3 per cent.
The report will also be used to ensure that departments continue to purchase more sustainable and efficient products and services

Departments must demonstrate that they have such actions, including value for money, understanding and mitigating supply chain impacts and risks, and openness and transparency

Areas covered include climate change mitigation, biodiversity, green construction methods and food waste
reduction.
