Hainan Refining & Chemical's 1 million tons/year ethylene and oil refining reconstruction and expansion project is a key project of Hainan Province and Sinopec, with a total investment of more than 28 billion yuan.
Up to now, the cumulative investment has been more than 23 billion yuan, and the overall construction progress has been completed over 97%

It is reported that the main projects involved in the mid-term handover are pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit, aromatics extraction unit, light hydrocarbon recovery unit and other 3 sets of main units and 14 sets of supporting projects

Up to now, 48 main units, including power center, C8 combined unit, light hydrocarbon recovery unit, etc.
, have been transferred from the engineering construction stage to the production preparation stage.
