After the catalyst reaction distillation column was changed from a sieve plate tower to a blister tower, during operation, the system repeatedly appeared liquid flooding, resulting in slagging of the plate, high alkali washing frequency of the system, and increased alkali consumption, affecting the yield and unit consumption
.
After discussion and exploration by relevant technicians and experts, during the planned maintenance of the cyclohexanone high-pressure framework on August 22~24, some technical changes were made and the operating pressure and temperature of the system were readjusted
.
Since the system was put into use on August 27, important parameters such as tower top reflux and tower kettle liquid level have shown a regular and stable trend, and have been in stable operation for more than two months
.
After the measurement of various parameters, the current system operation is stable, high yield and low consumption
