Sinopec News Network reported on May 12, the 300,000-ton/year ethylene gas cracking furnace in Zhongke Refining & Chemical Co.

The gas cracking furnace adopts Sinopec's own CBL cracking technology, and the whole furnace is domestically manufactured, and the localization rate reaches 100%.

In the daily operation and maintenance of the cracking furnace, the plant staff carefully operate, optimize the operation of the burner, reduce the fuel gas consumption, strengthen the tightness inspection of the cracking furnace, reduce the heat loss, and ensure the stable and low-consumption operation of the cracking furnace.

Since the beginning of this year, the device has carried out the evaluation of small indicators of the cracking furnace around the process parameters such as the oxygen content of the cracking furnace.
