Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation (Standard Committee) approved the establishment of the National Working Group for Standardization of Baby and Children Products (hereinafter referred to as the Working Group for Babies and Children)

In recent years, people's requirements for the category, function, quality and safety of baby and child products have been continuously improved.
The baby and child products industry has developed in accordance with market demand, and has gradually formed an industry targeting special populations, interdisciplinary fields, and cross product categories

The State Administration of Market Supervision (Standards Committee) has always attached great importance to the standardization of baby products, and together with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Health and Health Commission and other departments, actively promote light industry, textiles, chemicals, automobiles and other industries, and jointly formulate and release baby products.
There are more than 120 national standards related to supplies, including 30 mandatory standards, covering safety seats, textiles and clothing, furniture, baby carriages, drinking utensils, student supplies and other fields

It is understood that the baby working group is composed of 41 members in the field of baby products, covering representatives of regulatory authorities, industry associations, enterprises, universities, scientific research institutes, testing institutions, consumers and other circles
