    On November 30, the first batch of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) equipment of the second phase project of Huayi Qinzhou Chemical New Material Integration Base successfully rolled off the production line, marking the official completion and operation of the second phase project of Qinzhou Base
    .

    Huayi Qinzhou Chemical New Materials Integrated Base Project is a "Shanghai-Guangxi cooperation" demonstration project jointly built by Shanghai and Guangxi, with a total investment of about 90 billion yuan, covering four major industrial chains of modern coal chemical industry, light hydrocarbon cracking, salt chemical industry and petrochemical downstream, which is implemented
    in three phases.
    Thereinto:

    The first phase of the project has been completed and put into operation in June 2021, filling the gap of industrial gases in the park and producing chemical products such as methanol, acetic acid and ethylene glycol;

    Huayi Phase II 750,000 tons of propylene and downstream deep processing integration project and chlor-alkali project mainly extend the development of polypropylene, butyl acrylate, bisphenol A, caustic soda, polyvinyl chloride and other products, which are widely used in film, tape, packaging, pipes, building materials, new energy materials and other fields;

    Huayi Phase III advanced materials project mainly constructs olefins and downstream, degradable materials, polyurethane materials, nylon 66 and other industrial chains, and will start construction
    in the near future.

    At present, the investment of 16.
    2 billion yuan in the first phase project and supporting projects of Huayi Qinzhou Chemical New Material Integration Base has been completed, the total investment of 18.
    9 billion yuan in the second phase and supporting projects has been basically completed, and the preliminary work
    of the third phase project has been stepped up.
    As of October this year, the completed products exceeded 3.
    5 million tons, with an output value of more than 8.

    Among them, acetic acid products are exported to more than 350,000 tons, which are exported to Southeast Asia and European markets
