The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Natural Resources issued the "Notice on the issuance of the second batch of rare earth mining, smelting and separation total control indicators in 2022" on August 17

The notice shows that the second batch of rare earth mining, smelting and separation total control indicators in 2022 will be 109,200 tons and 104,800 tons respectively (excluding the first batch of indicators that have been issued)

Specifically, in the total control index of rare earth mineral products (reduced rare earth oxides, tons), rock-type rare earths are 101,540 tons, and ionic rare earths are 7,660 tons

The total control index of rare earth smelting and separation products is 104,800 tons
