On October 9, the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure", proposing that by 2020, a moderately advanced, intelligent and efficient charging infrastructure system with vehicle piles will be basically built to meet the charging needs
of more than 5 million electric vehicles.
Some institutions predict that the scale of China's charging pile industry will reach 33.
078 billion yuan next year, and it can reach 100 billion yuan
by 2020.
The guidance also stipulates that 100% of the parking spaces for new residential buildings should be equipped with charging piles or reserved for construction and installation conditions, the proportion of parking spaces equipped with parking lots for large public buildings and social public parking lots to build charging facilities or reserved for construction and installation conditions should not be less than 10%, and at least one public charging station
should be built for every 2,000 electric vehicles.
The analysis pointed out that this will further eliminate the existing new energy vehicle infrastructure supporting policies are not perfect, coordination and promotion is difficult, standards and specifications are not perfect, and accelerate the development of
