China Petrochemical News Network reported recently that the Changling Refining & Chemical CFB (Combined Heat and Power) plant overhaul project was handed over.

The overhaul of the CFB plant is one of the key projects of this major overhaul of Changling Refining & Chemical Corporation.

Due to the particularity of the technology of the cogeneration unit, the work stoppage was the latest and the start was the earliest among the previous inspections.

Combined with the characteristics of this maintenance, they organized professional and technical personnel to conduct a comprehensive inspection of key areas such as coal coke shed, power distribution room, cable interlayer, side ditch and dark well, and storage of hazardous chemicals, focusing on the elimination of personal injury and fire and explosion hazards.

In accordance with the principle of "full coverage, zero tolerance, and emphasis on actual results", they resolutely implemented the "four strict inspections", insisted on independent inspections and reforms, implemented responsibilities, measures, and time limits for hidden dangers discovered, and eliminated safety risks in a timely manner.
