Focusing on major scientific issues in six aspects, including the multi-element synergistic mechanism and basic database of the mechanical and physical properties of copper alloy processed materials, the multi-field coupling mechanism in the solidification process of copper alloy, the continuous deformation micro-nanonization effect of tube rods and wires and the evolution law of the second phase structure, the project carried out the design and regulation of macro-microstructure of copper carbon composite material dual network, the design and manufacturing technology of new elastic floating structure of copper alloy powder metallurgy gate, the expansion and tensile integration technology of high-surface quality, high-precision large-diameter and highly corrosion-resistant copper alloy pipe, The research and research of 11 key technical issues, including hot and cold combination molding vertical continuous casting technology, multi-conductive copper alloy non-vacuum continuous casting technology, copper alloy ultrafine wire continuous coating and online continuous deformation heat treatment technology, laid a scientific and technological foundation
