On June 25, the national group standard "Energy Efficiency Testing and Calculation Method of Ceramic Gas Tunnel Kiln" drafted by Chaozhou Testing Institute of Guangdong Special Equipment Testing Research Institute held an expert review meeting in Chaozhou
.
The standard relies on the summary and sublimation of the relevant research results of the second batch of science and technology special projects in Chaozhou in 2021, "Research and Application of a Simple Energy Efficiency Test Method for Ceramic Gas Tunnel Kilns"
.
According to the actual needs of energy-saving work, three indexes related to energy efficiency, thermal efficiency, unit energy consumption and waste heat utilization rate, are specified, and the energy efficiency test and calculation method of ceramic gas-fired tunnel kiln is proposed
.
An expert group composed of 7 experts from the China Institute of Light Industry Ceramics and other units reviewed the standard, listened to the drafting group's preparation instructions, and reviewed the standard text.
It is believed that the standard test method is feasible, the calculation method is reasonable, and the target is strong.
The operability can provide a basis for government departments to supervise energy-consuming equipment and self-monitoring of enterprise energy consumption

The expert group unanimously agreed that the standard passed the review and reached the domestic advanced level
.
The formulation of this standard can promote energy conservation, consumption reduction, high-quality development and the realization of the "dual carbon" strategic goal of the ceramic industry, and also provide strong support for the application of energy efficiency monitoring in ceramic gas tunnel kilns
