From May 27th to 29th, the 7th National Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering Design for College Students was hosted by China Petroleum Society and China Petroleum Education Society, and undertaken by China University of Petroleum (East China) and China Petroleum Society Petroleum Storage and Transportation Professional Committee.
The final of the skills competition was held in Qingdao

Shan Chenghao's team from China University of Petroleum (Beijing) and Chen Yuting's team from Southwest Petroleum University won the first prize and the second prize respectively
.
This competition has two questions: "Product Oil Pipeline Project" and "Natural Gas Pipeline Project", which lasted for nearly 5 months.
34 colleges and universities including Petroleum University (East China) participated in the competition, including nearly 300 participating teams and more than 1,000 participating teachers and students.
In the end, 166 teams were recommended to participate in the online evaluation of the competition
.
According to the comprehensive evaluation by the design experts of the national oil and gas storage and transportation industry, 62 teams were shortlisted for the finals, and 26 well-known experts in the industry conducted on-site centralized evaluation
