The National Cable TV Fiber-to-the-Home Technology Seminar was held
in Tongliao.
The meeting was attended by more than 400 people, including the main responsible persons of the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, the Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television Bureau of the autonomous region, the technical leaders and technical backbones of cable network operators in various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country, and FTTH equipment manufacturers in the industry

The meeting requested that the application of relevant technical specifications of the "Cable TV Network Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) Technical White Paper" should be accelerated, ensure the scientific and standardized construction of cable TV fiber-to-the-home, and form a unified network management and operation and maintenance system
for cable TV network operators.
Vigorously develop rural fiber-to-the-home construction projects, realize radio and television and communications through cable TV network fiber-to-the-house, implement the strategic deployment of "broadband China" proposed by the State Council, gradually bring rural broadband into villages, and achieve the goal
of equalization of public services.
While implementing cable TV fiber-to-the-home, we should firmly grasp the dominant position of radio and television program transmission, actively develop new network services, vigorously promote the growth of comprehensive network benefits, strive to make radio and television networks become a new type of network with the characteristics of propaganda culture and information services, and better give play to the role
of radio and television networks as important national basic information networks.
At the meeting, representatives made reports on topics such as "Interconnection Platform and Fiber to the Home" and "Introduction to the Construction of Inner Mongolia FTTH Unified Platform", introduced the development ideas of radio and television transformation and radio and television broadband construction, exchanged radio and television FTTH solutions and operation and maintenance experience, and explored a new ecology
of multi-dimensional innovative cable TV networks.
In addition to the main venue of technical exchange, the conference also organized equipment manufacturers to display and exchange
FTTH equipment and solutions.
